Why the table exists
We're hosting at Enrica Rocca, a family-run cooking school in Notting Hill that the Rocca family opened in 2002 in what was once their own home. It's a real hidden gem in West London, run by sisters Charlotte and Claire, who teach Italian home cooking at its best. A warm, candlelit kitchen built for connecting with people and enjoying fantastic food and wine.
Because running a clinic is a quiet kind of solitude. You're the most senior person in your business every day, and the people closest to you rarely understand what you carry.
Network is net worth. The Injector's Table is the room you call when you're alone in clinic: colleagues at a similar stage to yours, who already understand the work because they're living it too. Around one long table, cooking and eating together, the honest conversations happen on their own.
